March randoms

 Thank you all who have entered in my giveaway!
It has now closed, since it's April 1st, 12 pm.
I will randomly select the winner of my 2nd year anniversary
and announce her name tomorrow. Then I also have this home completely for myself
(boyfriend at work almost all day) so it will be more pleasant to do all the work then.

Now I'm posting some unseen photos from March, that I had been saving during all month
- just some random events and things that haven't really suited with other posts.


I went to see a soccer match. 

[red is my boyfriend's team, but he was sitting in the audience with me that time]

I saw an amazing sunset while returning Black Swan movie to rental shop.
[ I've seen it at the movies, but my bf wanted to see it aswell so he watched it by himself :D]

I've said this few times before but my mum wanted to treat me a bit on my birthday, 

so I got pink lipstick (post about item here and me wearing it here )
and delicious piece of mango-cheesecake at local confectionery [Ramin Konditoria]
That was so good: fresh and not overly sweet - just perfect!

 I want a recipe, or someone to make me this whole cake :D

I saw my cousin and friend, and we had been hanging out a bit at my friends place
when we started to wonder whether to go dancing at some club.

I had nothing nice to wear obviously, so my friend lent me
this adorable leopard tunic by Jeane Blush.
We girls had a blast, it was also a great workout for me since
I love dancing like there's no tomorrow! hehe

Obviously I had some fun later too, on my computer
with Poladroid-programme and made this pic:

Here's also a birthday present for me, I got it from my stepdad.
We have been putting it together today with my bf, you'll see the result eventually.
The instructions say that it will take 60 minutes to make this,
but it has took us already 3 hours and we're not finished yet !
The fault is in the instructions, definitely ;]

This is what it's supposed to look like, soon:

I've also baked a little. Here's my chicken pie with feta cheese,
cherry tomatoes and splash of sweet chili sauce.
# Just make simple pie base. I had horrible recipe so not posting it :D
# Spread the dough evenly to pie mold. [some recipe said that the base should be cooked in the oven by itself for like 5 min, but I skipped this step. You can do it if you want, that way base will be ripe for sure.]
# Fry the chicken and add splash of sweet chili sauce to the pan, according to your own taste.
# Pour the cooked chicken over the dough, spread them evenly.
# Add cherry tomatoes and anything else you like, feta or blue cheese, pineapples...
# Mix small jar of cooking cream + some grated cheese + couple eggs together, and pour over the chicken
My pie was in 225 celcius for about 15 min. Depends on the oven of course,
ours is slightly older model so you might have to take your pie out after 10 min or 20.
You'll know by its nice orange - light brown colour when it's done.

I've also made some cocoa cupcakes with my bf,
or should I say 'with a little assistance from my love' ;]

He did measure all the dry ingredients, and that's some serious business haha!

I've catched a bit of a cold, and sitting on computer has been last thing on my mind,
just have been publishing comments via mobile.
