Such a Stud!

Jatketaan muoti tee-se-itse -projekteilla, seuraavaksi tein nimittäin niittikaulukset paitaan.

Continuing with fashion diy-projects, next one I did was studded collars to shirt.
(the first "in fashion right now" - sort of project was my floral hi-low skirt)

This men's shirt is from a family friend, and also the stud belt (part of my haul from one serious warehouse cleaning project heh!) The belt was too short for me, otherwise would have spared it (it's mint !) So this project didn't cost me anything, except the tools - which I've bought some years ago already. Note: These studs I used were more difficult than the ones you just press through canvas and turn the metal peaks down. I had to do wholes to the collar, wide enough to squeeze the studs through but not too large so they wouldn't fall off! Kind of a tricky deal, so I suggest you get the more simple ones from some store / ebay :) Saves your nerves and fingertips too !

Kokkailen tässä iltamyöhään töistä kotiin saapuvalle miehelle kanankoipia
ja itsetehtyjä grillimaustettuja lohkoperunoita.
