And since I haven't gone through those party photos yet, I've forgotten to publish this look. Well, it's summer somewhere around the World now. En ollut ikinä käyttänyt tätä pinkkiä "Chanel"-tyylistä laukkua, vaikka olen omistanut sen vuosia.. Ainakin viisi! Eräs ilta vain nappasin sen kaapista, seuraksi uusi Seppälän kynsilakkani, yksi lempituoksuistani (joka on nyt vihdoin n. 7 vuoden jälkeen lähes loppu, kiitos kaunis) eli Cacharelin Amor Amor-vanha kesätuoksu ja H&M:n huulikiilto.
Harmikseni en saanut koko asusta kuvaa enkä edes enää muista miten se meni, mutta asusteet löytyivät vielä pitkänkin ajan päästä (edelleen yhdessä) - joten niistä sain sentään kuvia :D

Heart of the Home

It was such a beautiful Autumn day outside, but I've been stuck home with blog related stuff, some Revenge-episodes and music. I've been listening to Bob Dylan, Cat Powers and A Fine Frenzy. Absolutely smitten about the last one right now, because I can't bear to hear ugly loud noises or party music - even though I love hard rock and dubstep, and other more rough stuff. And what's also quite funny that I don't really listen to girl singers at all, I love male voices mostly.. and yet this A Fine Frenzy-one is so darn adorable. That's what it is, cute music for this sick day at home.
Have a listen you rockafellas & partybellas, I wont tell.

 

Among all the new items to my wardrobe, I've found something pretty stuff for the home as well.
Plates, mugs and egg cup (for Samuli) are from my favourite interior shop around here, Esta Casa.
Can you believe that I got all this for under 40 euros! (There was sale - 20 or 30%.)
And I want some more of those water lily leaf - plates ♥
"All you need is love" kitchen towel and "You need love" potholder are from Hemtex.

FIN: Tajusin juuri etten ole oikein kertonut kunnolla blogini mainostajista: miksi minulla on näitä mainoksia ja saanko rahaa niiden firmojen mainostamisesta. Diilihän on semmoinen että olen nk. "affiliate" eli julkaisija näille sivuille Tradetracker ja Tradedoubler-palvelun kautta + googlen vaihtuva mainos. Joka kerta kun vierailette noissa kaupoissa minun linkkini kautta ja ostatte jotain, saan pienen provision.

EN: I just realized that I haven't really told you properly anything about the advertisers on my blog: why I have these ads and do I get paid for advertising them. Basically the deal is that I'm affiliate for those sites via Tradetracker and Tradedoubler services + some google's changing ads. Whenever you visit those shops or buy a magazine by clicking my link and buy something, I get a little fee. Only then.

And the advertisers, they're by different fashion & beauty shops that I love myself and want to support. At the end of the page you can find offers by my favourite magazines.

So, I don't get paid for having them here - only some good mood for advertising my favourite shops ! ^^


Buttons: I've also started exchanging buttons, which is free advertising of nice blogs (although some charge for this, I haven't hopped on that train..) and if they take your button too it's nothing but a win-win situation! :) You can find my deer -button on the sidebar, you can grab it if you want to. It would be so lovely to have buttons from all of my favourites here, but that would be one huge project. :)

Oh Deer!

I told you about my little trip to Helsinki before. I won this little voting at our shop and got to attend "workplace wellness" -event. After some beach ball playing (some in funny costumes like me) and delicious buffet lunch with colleagues all around Finland, I went shopping with my boss. What a fun day ! ^^

But now to the most important part (hehe!) : what did I find there ..

Crystal Clear

Tämä päivä on ollut yhtä suttua, sään suhteen! Kun menin töihin alkoi ripsiä hissukseen vettä, loppumatkan kävelin varjon alla, myöhemmin päivän aikana kuului voimakasta lotinaa liikkeen putkista ja selkeästi satoi kuin kuuluisan naisen takalistosta ..! Ja kun vuoroni loppui ja valmistauduin jo sukeltamaan kaupungin läpi ammattikorkean kirjastolle, olikin tosi lämmintä ja kiehuin neuleen & syystakin sisällä! Nyt paistaa aurinko ja taivas vaihtelee väriä uskomattoman sinisestä sävystä toiseen, ja katson kaunista näkymää olkkarin ikkunasta.. Joten ajattelin että nyt on sopiva hetki julkaista viimeinen kesäinen asu (siinä tapauksessa ettei mitään Intiaanikesiä enää tule.)

Today has been a complete mess, speaking of weather! When I went to work it started to rain a bit, during the day we heard loud pouring on the roof and gurgling noise from the pipes - it was obviously cloudburst /downpour/ teeming rain, whatever you call it. When my shift ended, and I was prepared to dive through the city to the University library, it was suddenly really warm and I was boiling in my cardigan and autumn jacket! Now the sun is shining and sky is chanding from amazing shade of blue to another, and I'm looking at this beautiful view from our living room window.. So I thought this was an appropriate time to publish my last summer outfit (in case there wont be any Indian summer on the way.)
