It's all in the Details

I've been at home a lot this week, mainly because I have flu .. But also because I've been cleaning
the house and even decorated a bit. Well, bought some items for storage and cleared out winter clothes etc.
What I love most about decorating our home is all the little details, different elements and items around you
- placed over sidetable, windowsill .. This place is still a mess, I admit, but here's inspirational photos
for you to look at & admire, and also some great storage tips at the end of the post!
(None of the pictures below is mine)
Oh Dreaming.. That's "half of the meal", isn't it? :)

this whole room is so inviting somehow..
I guess it's that huge armchair and shabby chic - feel

I would love to have a skull like that on the wall ..

and huge hall with a chandelier like this .. keep on dreaming.

and here's that cozy farm house / shabby chicness that I love :>>

Bedtime

re-used sign. and those pillow covers are just overly amazing ..

lovely sidetable. I'd truly love to have fresh flowers everywhere.

Desk area

bones again. and candles, nice storage for small items ..

how cute are those flower pots!

Kitchen

so clean and whitel and still oh-so-cozy!

I'd love to have vintage water taps like these ..

Places for every little thing

great ideas to store and showcase your jewelry

neat. and smells good too !

how come I haven't thought of this..

  12. I love the feel of your blog :]

It has the air of "shabby chicness" as you describe in the pictures of these dreamy interiors. I love the simplicity, and the all white theme of these rooms. If you have a moment to spare, come say hello on my blog!

  14. The details are absolutely spectacular. I love how minimalistic they are, but give the room such a character. Hope you feel better with the flu, and do post some pictures of the decorating!
